DISCOVER is where the real work begins: understanding what’s truly yours.

You begin before we even meet: with a questionnaire and a week of observing yourself in the mirror. We explore your aura, your values, your personality and the way you want to show up in the world. We’re not trying to change you or fit you into rules. You recognise what expresses you, what moves you and what you want to keep as your own.

This is where clarity begins. Because when you know what’s yours, you can make more conscious choices.

In EMBRACE you turn your self-knowledge into an image.

Through Human Design you see more clearly how you work and what is already yours. You aren’t trying to become something else. You learn to accept who you are and let it show. Little by little you start learning how to get your message across through your image: colours, lines, silhouettes, materials, combinations and styling. With exercises and practice on your own clothes, you gradually receive the specially designed tools and learn the logic behind the choices. You don’t just learn what suits you; you learn to understand why something works for you and what it communicates.

Identity starts to become image. And theory, practice.

Before anything else, we talk. You tell me what brings you here and what you’d like to change. If it’s not right for you, I’ll tell you.

The intro call: 20′, by video or phone, no commitment. We get to know each other, you tell me what’s on your mind, and I tell you honestly what would suit you, even if I’m not the right person to work with. Pick a time in my calendar, or write to me here and I’ll reply personally within 1–2 working days.

Questions

Before you begin.

Do I need to buy new clothes?

No. We start from what you already have. Along the way we may discover some needs. You will need a good mood and a full-length mirror, though!

Do you do colour analysis and body type?

Yes, we work on them during the process. I don’t do colour analysis the way a certified colour analyst does.

From the information and images you send me, and what we discover together, we find your colour type and your body type.

Before colour analysis there is your aura and your mood. Your colours aren’t set by your palette alone, but also by what you want to express. The styling tools come after, to serve who you are.

Do I need to know Human Design?

No. I’ll ask for your date, exact time and place of birth, and we look at the rest together. You don’t need to know your type or chart already.

Human Design is a self-knowledge system. From your date, time and place of birth, it shows how what you consciously know about yourself combines with what works subconsciously: how you choose, how you decide, how you relate to others. Like a user manual for being yourself without fighting your nature. It isn’t anything hidden or mystical, nor a prediction or a mould; teams and companies use it too. It is one of the three tools of my method, together with branding and styling. It doesn’t put you in boxes; it clarifies the boxes you already have.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer. If you split it into instalments: before the start, before the 3rd and before the 6th session. A receipt is issued.

How long does it take?

In about six weeks, with online sessions roughly once a week. Ideally, sessions are no more than 10 days apart, so the momentum isn’t lost and there’s time to apply and practise what we work on together. The follow-up takes place about a month after the programme ends.
