What we collect
When you write to me or request a service through the site’s forms, we keep only what you give me: your name, your email, your phone number (if you fill it in), your message and the service or time you prefer.
When you book a call through the calendar, the booking details are collected by Cal.com, the booking service I use.
How we use them
To reply to you, to arrange the call or the service you asked for, and to send you the Mini Guide and the newsletter, only if you gave me your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, from the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who else processes them
We don’t sell or give your details to anyone. To run the site we use trusted services that process them only on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting the site and sending the form messages), Cal.com (bookings) and the email service we use for the newsletter. Your details may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Cookies
The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar and the Instagram videos, when you open them, load from Cal.com and Instagram, which may use their own cookies.
How long we keep them
As long as needed to reply to your request or to complete our work together, and up to 1 year after that for our records. Newsletter details, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your details, and to object to their processing. For anything about your details, write to me through the contact form and I’ll reply personally. If you believe your rights aren’t being respected, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Changes
If anything in this policy changes, you’ll see it here, with a new date.
